The solace of the wild is a calling which was instilled within me from my youngest of days. I have found the calm silence of the wilderness the therapy to the modern stresses of the world. Sitting in the theatre of nature, eyes fixated on the view in front of me, awaiting with patience to capture a moment. A moment that might never repeat, a moment that took hours, days, months or even years to capture. In this moment my world slows down, gone are stresses and worries of life, for that moment I remain in perfect cohesion with my soul. No thoughts, no voices, no distractions only the silence of the moment fills me within.
